Libbie Health was founded by Colette Ellis, an experienced behavioral health coach who was trained in Tapping in 2013. Colette is on a mission to create positive mental health outcomes for women of color from postpartum through menopause. She finds it fascinating that the simple, yet powerful, process of Tapping can liberate you from anxiety, stress, or sadness. It can seem almost counterintuitive to focus on and tap into painful memories to achieve this relief. And, yet it works consistently -- both for her and her clients!
